Employability and Loss of Earnings Reports

Clients use this evidence to assist the Tribunal in assessing the level of any award to cover the losses of Claimants’ earnings. Employability and loss of earnings reports are supported by thorough research and typically include profiles of:

  • Employment, education and training history;
  • Analysis of transferable skills and alternative work options;
  • A labour market evaluation;
  • Vacancy and earnings information;
  • Barriers to future employment and how they can be addressed with any costs involved;
  • Future employment prospects and earnings and likely job search duration

If it is not possible to interview the Claimant a paper based review is undertaken.

Reports are normally available within four weeks of instruction. In urgent cases this timescale can be reduced.
