Founded in the early 1990’s by Barry Challis,
EAS provides expert witness, rehabilitation and research services in relation to
employment and loss of earnings issues in High Court and Employment Tribunal cases.
We have experience in providing expert evidence in
high value cases such as limb loss, visual impairment, brain injury, industrial disease,
occupational stress, and injury to young persons including those with birth injuries such
as cerebral and Erb’s palsy.
The Partners have experience in a wide range of
occupations and professions including the Armed Forces, Medical and Health Professions,
Education, IT, Sales and Marketing, Skilled Trades and Elementary Occupations.
EAS also undertakes factual information reports
including pay and salary surveys for and has undertaken labour market research to aid
decision making related to a major geographical relocation of Civil Service staff.
The Partners have extensive professional experience
in occupational assessment, vocational rehabilitation, earnings and labour market
research. The Partners are Professional Members of the Vocational Rehabilitation
Association, Members of the United Kingdom Rehabilitation Council and support the BICMA
Quality Standards for Providers of Rehabilitation.
